The Chronicle is reporting online this afternoon that blogger and freelance photographer Josh Wolf, who has spent 225 days in jail for defying a grand jury subpoena related to his coverage of an anarchist protest, has turned over video footage to prosecutors and is scheduled to be released today. Under an agreement announced by Wolf’s attorneys, he will not have to testify to the grand jury or identify any of the protesters shown in his video, which has been posted on his Web site, the Chronicle reports.
