Knight Ridder suite on the 15th and 16th floors of 50 W. San Fernando St. in San Jose has got to be a lonely place today. All employees were required to leave yesterday (June 27) by 4 p.m. The only two who will remain for a month are now former chairman Tony Ridder (pictured) and a receptionist.
