Will Harper, self-described bottom feeding reporter at the East Bay Express for the past 5 1/2 years, announced in his column yesterday that he’s going to become managing editor of the SF Weekly. Both papers are owned by the same chain, Village Voice Media. “Thank you, East Bay, for giving me so much to write — and complain — about,” Harper writes.
