KGO-TV and the nine other ABC owned-and-operated stations are launching free mobile-video services for cell phone users. (Here’s a link to KABC’s feed; we couldn’t find KGO’s this morning but trust it will be there in a day or two). It’s free, but cell phone users will have to watch a commercial (called a “pre-roll”) before they get to see Noyes asking the mayor some question that makes him run away from the camera.
