An update to the item we posted Thursday on suspension of the Benicia Herald’s editor following complaints from two local politicians: Now the Herald has posted an ad for an editor (“immediate opening”) on Craigslist. Les Mahler has also provided more details about his removal from the editor’s job in the “comments” section of our post on Thursday. He says that one of the candidates who complained about him was demanding that he not print letters supporting his opponent.
