NBC Bay Area morning news anchors Brent Cannon and Laura Garcia-Cannon became the proud parents of two girls and a boy Wednesday night. All are reported to be doing well.

“I’m still kind of in shock,” Brent Cannon told viewers. “The delivery was amazing. Because it’s triplets it is different.” Each baby had its own doctor and nurses, he said. He said the babies arrived “bang, bang, bang, in seconds.”

He added, “They were prepared for me to go down. I was in a wheelchair. One of the doctors said ‘Dad could go to the floor.'”
