The media news web site AllAccess reports that veteran Northern California newsman Paul Hosley has been named news director at KGO-AM 810 effective April 19. He replaces Greg Tantum who left in order to head up an all-news FM radio station in Washington, D.C., associated with The Washington Post. Hosley has worked as associate news director at KCBS-AM 740 and was news director at KFBK-AM 1530 in Sacramento.
