Former Morgan Hill Times Editor Marcus Hibdon has been named editor of the Hollister Free Lance. Hibdon, 28, most recently was the editor-in-chief of the Montana State University Exponent in Bozeman, Mont. He previously was a reporter, news editor and managing editor at that paper. The Hollister paper’s new city editor is Dan Fitch, 47, who has worked at papers in Watsonville, Gilroy, Lodi and San Cruz. He has been a sportswriter, sports editor, city hall beat reporter, editorial page editor, copy desk chief, film reviewer and features department page designer.
