SAN FRANCISCO, Nov. 11, 2024 — The San Francisco Press Club today announced that Alembic Technologies, a leading AI-powered marketing intelligence platform for enterprises, will be a sponsor of the SF Press Club’s 47th annual awards gala. The event, honoring the best of Bay Area journalism, takes place Dec. 4.
“We’re delighted that Alembic is joining other Bay Area tech giants, including the Google News Initiative, to support and recognize excellence in journalism,” said Press Club President Curtis Sparrer.
“At Alembic, we are proud to support the San Francisco Press Club’s annual gala, an event that celebrates the critical role journalists play in our communities and across the nation. They bring stories to life, uncover truths that shape our perspectives and deepen our understanding of complex issues. Partnering with the Press Club to honor the excellence of Bay Area journalists aligns perfectly with our mission of discovering the things that matter. It is an honor to stand alongside the talented individuals whose stories shape our world,” said Tomás Puig, Alembic’s founder and CEO.
The awards gala will be held at the Julia Morgan Ballroom. Cocktail service will begin at 5:30 p.m., and dinner and awards will commence at 6:30 p.m.
Tickets cost $200 at the door, but The San Francisco Press Club is now selling them for $65 for current members, $75 for working journalists, $50 for students (with valid ID), and $150 for non-journalist allies. Full tables for groups up to ten can be purchased online, too. Last year’s gala sold out quickly. Purchase your tickets today.
